By accessing q-marketing.ai or submitting an application at /apply, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Q Marketing AI LLC provides marketing and appointment-generation infrastructure for licensed financial professionals. We are not a matchmaking service for consumers, and we are not ourselves a source of financial, insurance, or investment products.

To apply, you must be a currently licensed producer holding an active license in at least one line and state relevant to the appointments described on the Site. We reserve the right to decline any application, for any reason, at our discretion.

Submitting an application does not guarantee onboarding. Qualification decisions are based on licensing, capacity, and fit, as described on /apply. By submitting an application, you also consent to be contacted about it as described in our Privacy Policy.

This Site is marketing material only and does not itself constitute an offer. Pricing, the appointment-replacement guarantee, the fairness / no-show procedure, and all delivery terms are governed exclusively by the signed service agreement executed after your onboarding call. Where anything on this Site could be read to describe those terms, the signed service agreement controls.

Fees are asset-tiered and disclosed to you during onboarding. No pricing figures appear on this Site. Payment terms are set out in the service agreement.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, and the Q Marketing AI name and marks — is the property of Q Marketing AI LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.

Q Marketing AI LLC provides marketing and appointment services only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or insurance agency, and we do not provide investment or insurance advice. We do not guarantee any client outcome, close, or revenue from any appointment. The licensed professional who takes the appointment retains sole responsibility for the advice given and for the resulting client relationship.

The Site and the application process are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Q Marketing AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the application process. This section does not limit any liability terms set out separately in the service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Q Marketing AI LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, and we agree to the same with respect to our misuse of information you provide, each to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the application process for misuse of either. Termination of an active producer relationship is governed by the service agreement referenced in Section 5, not by this Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the courts located in Colorado, unless the service agreement specifies a different venue or arbitration process for matters it governs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
