Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Q Marketing AI LLC ("Q Marketing AI," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with q-marketing.ai and the application process at /apply (together, the "Site"). It does not cover any other website, company, or service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information.
Application data. When you submit an application at /apply, we collect your full name and email address; the state(s) you hold an active license in; your licensed lines (Fixed Annuity, Fixed Indexed Annuity, Indexed Universal Life, other Life Insurance, or Other); how long you have been writing annuity or IUL business; how you currently generate appointments; how many new appointments your calendar could realistically absorb per month; and your open-ended answers describing your best-fit prospect and why you are applying now.
Site usage data. Like most websites, we automatically collect analytics information when you visit the Site — device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Use Information
Application data is used to run the qualification review described on /apply — an automated, rule-based check of your licensing, capacity, and fit against current availability, evaluated the same way for every applicant. It is not an AI-generated decision. Approved applicants are then routed by state and licensed line, and application data is used to prepare your onboarding call.
Site usage data is used for analytics, to understand which pages and campaigns are working, and to measure the performance of our own paid advertising.
3. Application & Communication Consent
By submitting an application, you consent to be contacted regarding that application and onboarding using the contact information you provided — by email, and by phone or SMS if you provided a phone number. This consent covers communication about your application status, qualification decision, and onboarding call only.
Ongoing marketing communications — updates, availability changes, or other non-application messages — require a separate, clearly labeled opt-in. We do not bundle marketing consent into the application-consent language above. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by emailing info@q-marketing.ai.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site analytics and to measure our own paid acquisition — the advertising that brings producers to this Site, as described on /about. These are not used to build profiles about you for any purpose beyond operating and measuring this Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the Site's cookie-preference control.
5. Third-Party Services & Processors
We use service providers to operate the Site and the application process, falling into these categories: a CRM and scheduling platform to manage applications and calendar bookings; email and SMS delivery services; website analytics; and advertising platforms for our own paid acquisition. We do not name internal tool or vendor identities on this public page. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain application data for as long as reasonably necessary to run the program described in this policy. If your application is not approved, we do not delete your data solely because of that outcome — reapplication is invited at any time, and retaining your information means you do not have to resubmit it from scratch. You can request deletion of your application data at any time by emailing info@q-marketing.ai, subject to any retention we are legally required to keep.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing communications, by emailing info@q-marketing.ai.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address)
- Commercial information (services inquired about, transaction history)

Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures
We collect personal information directly from you (forms, account creation, communications), automatically as you use our services (cookies, analytics, click tracking), and from third-party sources (advertising partners, public records, contractor association rolls where applicable).
We use this information to provide and improve our services, respond to inquiries, deliver requested content (newsletters, webinars, calculators, reports), analyze site usage, and conduct lawful marketing — including paid advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta.
"Sale" and "Sharing" of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we do share personal information with advertising partners (including Google Ads and Meta) for "cross-context behavioral advertising," which the CPRA treats as "sharing." This includes uploading hashed contact identifiers to advertising platforms for audience targeting (e.g., Google Customer Match, Meta Custom Audiences) and embedding their tracking pixels on our site.
California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing. To exercise that right, use the link below — no account required.

Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization, verification of your identity, and confirmation that you have given the agent permission to submit the request.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing-list contacts are retained until the contact unsubscribes or we determine the address is invalid, plus a reasonable record-keeping period.
